Specification of Chemical Industry Bleaching Earth (China)
Bleaching Earth is clay like Activated Earth, Acid Clay and Fuller's Earth. This soil, where the chemical has been absorbed is used in the chemical industry. Bleaching earth contains montmorilloinite clay and bentonite clay and attapulgite clay. These types of clay are found individually and also in combination. If bleaching earth is used for industrial purposes, the earth must go through a process that involves recycling. After this recycling, the earth will be ready for reuse and will also be safe for disposal.
Bleaching earths (activated bleaching earths, bleaching clay or Activated Fullers earth) are used for refining vegetable oils (eg raps oil), fats, waxes and mineral oils (production of lubricants). These materials can also be used for reclaiming used oil.
